What changes the price
- Volume
- How much truck space the load takes up.
- Waste type
- Mixed, green, heavy rubble and mattresses all cost different amounts to dispose of.
- Weight
- Soil, tiles, concrete and bricks are priced on weight, not space.
- Access
- Driveway parking versus a long carry down a shared laneway.
- Stairs
- Anything coming down from an upper level takes longer.
- Loading
- Whether it's stacked and ready or spread through a house.
- Location
- Travel time from our northern-suburbs run.
- Disposal costs
- Transfer station and landfill levies for the material involved.
- Urgency
- Same-day work depends on what's already booked in.
